  • Assist with the professional and education reintegration
  • Support the development of the participants social and professional autonomy development
  • Consolidation of self-esteem and self-management to ensure participants achieving their goals

  • Job search techniques (CV, cover letter, cold calls to employers, job interview, etc.)
  • Educational and vocational information
  • Self-awarness
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Social outings

SPRINT – Job search strategies
16-35 years old

Status: not in shcool nor working, part-time student OR part-time worker
Duration: 18 hours group training and individual follow-up

Goals

  • Workshops on job search techniques to refresh or provide participants with useful knowledge and skills
  • Weekly follow-up with participants to ensure goals achievements

Content/Activities

  • Job search techniques (cv, cover letter, phone calls to employers, job interview, etc.)
  • Curriculum vitae and cover letters writing
  • Weekly telephone follow-up for a four weeks period
  • Referrals when appropriate to other organizations

  • Individual counseling and/or group workshops
  • Educational and vocational information if needed
  • Psychosocial intervention if needed
  • Post-participation follow-up

18-30 years old

Status: must not be currently studying or working
Duration: 6 weeks workshops and 13 weeks in the workplace

Goals

  • Group program helping participants to reintegrate the labor market or going back to school
  • Support social and professional autonomy development
  • Consolidation of self esteem and self management to ensure participants goals achievements

Duration: From 20 up to 52 weeks

  • Group activities focusing on personal, social and professional development (12-16 participants)
  • Participants define their needs and discover their professional objective (or aspirations)
  • Identify goals and set action plan to achieve them
  • Motivate, encourage and supervise participants to ensure success stories

  • Support in action plan achievement
